What is Mother's Night?
Mother’s Night, or Mōdraniht (Old English), is an ancient sacred tradition celebrated on the eve of Yule / Winter Solstice. Rooted in pre-Christian European traditions, it is a time to honor our Mother Ancestors, the Divine Feminine, and the fertile darkness from which all creation is born.
This Holy Night marks the turning of the seasons, a liminal space before the cosmic shift of the Solstice when the longest night begins to yield to the return of the Light. Seen as a portal between the old solar year and the new, Mother’s Night invites us to reflect, honor, and reconnect with the deep feminine power within ourselves and the world around us.
Join with us to offer homage to the Mothers of the Earth, the Cosmos, and the feminine ancestral spirits of our lineages, inviting their wisdom, protection, and blessings into our lives. Within the sacred energy of the womb of creation, we embrace the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, planting seeds of powerful intention for the cycle ahead and reawakening the radiant light within.

About Your Guide
Achintya Miranda Devi
Achintya is a mystical guide, ceremonialist, and Rose Priestess mentor dedicated to awakening the divine feminine and empowering women to embody their true essence. As the founder of Goddess Rising Mystery School, she has guided tens of thousands of women worldwide since 2013 through transformational trainings, ceremonies, and sacred pilgrimages.
Rooted in the wisdom of the Rose Lineage, Achintya weaves ancient mysticism with embodied practices, creating a powerful fusion of spiritual depth and practical transformation. Ordained in the Temple of Isis, she is committed to sacred traditions, alchemical healing, and the reclamation of ancestral wisdom.
